Tamara Deverell

Tamara Deverell is a marketing expert dedicated to helping clients reach their growth objectives through effective marketing and branding strategies. She strives to take the mystery out of marketing by teaching clients how to take control of their marketing initiatives.

Tamara began her career in sales working with both small and large businesses, hospitals, school districts and governmental agencies. After several successful years in sales and sales management, she took an opportunity to transition to marketing.

She has held senior level strategy and marketing positions in technology and business services companies from publicly traded companies to many start ups. In these positions she contributed to the achievement of overall business plans and directed all aspects of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.

Tamara has directed marketing communications, public relations, internal communications, web services, brand management, lead generation, analyst relations, field sales support, product management, advertising and creative services. She has managed fully outsourced teams as well as an in-house staff of 12 with a marketing budget of $8 million. She also has extensive experience facilitating mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless communications to all stakeholders.

In 2006, Tamara took her experience and skills to Esteemed where she is a managing partner and provides her clients with practical and effective marketing consultation, programs and services.

Tamara earned a Bachelor of Arts and Letters from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
